Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (the so-called “Privacy Code”) and to the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (EU Regulation 2016/679), this privacy notice describes how SKIPPER Informatica S.r.l. processes users’ personal data in relation to the use of its websites.This notice is provided only for websites owned by SKIPPER Informatica S.r.l. and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSINGProcessing operations related to the web services of this website take place at the above-mentioned premises of SKIPPER Informatica S.r.l. and are carried out only by technical staff appointed to process the data, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for the sending of information material (such as newsletters, etc.) is used solely for the purpose of performing the requested service or provision.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSEDBrowsing data. The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals; however, by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, it may allow users to be identified. DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USERThe optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
RETENTION PERIODData are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore: Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of that contract is completed. Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interests of the Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller. Where processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. In addition, the Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, once this period has expired, the rights of access, erasure, rectification and data portability can no longer be exercised.
COOKIESNo personal data of users is acquired in this regard by the website. DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTSData subjects to whom the personal data refer (pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation) have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist and to be informed of their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same article, they also have the right to request erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to object in any case, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.
